Restart the CyberArk Services

After the completion of the update to the Web.config file, restart the CyberArk Services.

Open Windows Services Controls

Open Windows Services Controls

Click Start

Click Administrative Tools

Double Click Services

Stop the CyberArk Central Policy Manager Scanner service

Stop the CyberArk Central Policy Manager Scanner service

Find the CyberArk Central Policy Manager Scanner service. Click Stop

Make sure the service successfully stops.

Stop the CyberArk Password Manager service

Stop the CyberArk Password Manager service

Find the CyberArk Password Manager service. Click Stop

Make sure the service successfully stops.

Restart the Services

Restart the Services

Find the CyberArk Central Policy Manager Scanner service. Click Start.

Make sure that the service returns to a running status.

Find the CyberArk Password Manager service.

Click start if the service has not started from the previous services start.

Make sure that the service returns to a running status.
